Electrical Trades

Electrical trades skills are in very high demand, particularly in the commercial and industrial sectors including automation, BMS, HVAC and security. We’re seeing slow steady increases in salaries on offer. In both Melbourne & Sydney small to medium-sized organisations frequently have multiple roles on offer, so this is a hot market for us at the moment.

Mechanical Trades

Mechanical fitters and diesel mechanics are currently highly sought-after, particularly those with a background in manufacturing, maintenance and FMCG. Consequently, their salaries are increasing at a solid rate. Conversely, recruitment demand within the machine tool industry is on the cool side compared with this time last year, when the need was noticeably higher.

Field Service 

We have plenty of field service roles to fill and we currently require candidates with backgrounds in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and building services. All roles are permanent and offer excellent salaries and conditions. Potential career advancement opportunities are available and the companies represent multinational and small to medium-sized organisations.

Building & Mechanical Services

This is a very buoyant sector with loads of opportunity for the right people – we currently have approximately 30-40 positions available at the moment. Roles are across Melbourne and Sydney.  Salaries on offer are in the region of $85,000 to $95,000p.a. plus extras including vehicle, overtime, phone and laptop.
